It's not that cute. Then again, I don't think shi tzus are really cute. ^_^;; But I feel sorry for the poor thing. He's tied up outside with lots of fresh food and water. Angel's mom's going to call the police to see if they can find him a home. They can't keep him because the City of Mesa keeps pestering them about their amount of animals.
