Anyway, we had dinner at Taco Bell then headed over to Newport Aquarium. Saw some interesting creatures. :) We all had a great time and I video taped it for posterity. I love video cameras. Current Mood:  cheerfulAugust 17th, 2003: RE: Division Report for August Begin Transmission ~Spoke with JJ Wells from the Neediest Kids of All. She's willing to provide us with brochures etc when we do our recruitment. That way, if people wish, they can donate some money to NKOA (or as my CO calls it, NKOU... "Neediest Kids of the Universe"). Our group also plans on donating money ourselves. ~We have a temporary tshirt design going. You can view it by clicking SBK TSHIRT DESIGN. Let us know what you think by commenting here. ~We have two new members in my department (Communications). ~I posted a few flyers for the club and the THIRD ROCK SQUARED CONVENTION IN CINCINNATI at Ikasucon. I also posted a club flyer at the Green Township Library. That's all that I can think of at the moment. The group is coming along nicely! I am really looking forward to doing more with it! Well, it looks like the Showcase Home Office isn't interested in my little plan for greatness. :( Oh well. Recruitment, that's what we need! God, I must have half a brain sometimes. Crap! I just realized that I forgot to call the Showcase Cinema dude on Monday!! Argh! I guess I should do that, huh? Whoopsies... ^^;;; July 14th, 2003: Division Report for July I have profiles (character and real life) for every member of SBK except one. I won't hold my breath on that. *laughs* I spoke with a manager at Showcase Cinemas. She gave me the name of her boss to ask about the Silver Screen possibilites for SBK recruitment. I have to call him when I get home from work. It looks like my brother in law is going to join SBK. That'll be great! I think he'll enjoy it. Our next meeting is July 23rd so if this sounds like something you'd be interested in, just let me know. We're located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
