today i ran some errands.
i'm really lame, and i was looking forward to taking back the dvds lyle and i had rented on a whim, because it would be i'd get to spend the better part of close to an hour on the bus.
yes, i am the loser who actually *enjoys* taking public transit. i don't like to take it with other people, however. when i am with others, they tend to get on my nerves, because i am all about the people watching. talking distracts me. and that also means i can't listen to music.
hilariously enough, most highschoolers had their first days back today. so i was on a bus packed full of loud, annoying, BO-smelling, retarded 9th graders (what is it about puberty stricken teens and an aversion to proper hygenie?).
seriously. these girls were so. ugly. i couldn't get over the sheer magnitude of their hobaggery. everyone made extra effort to make sure their outfits were especially see-through for their first days in highschool. and guys find this attractive? i've seen better dressed, more put-together looking hookers, okay? cheap crackhead chic is soooo in, apparently.
there was one girl who kind of looked like ![[info]](http://www.caleida.com/img/userinfo.gif) lawyer except she looked like she had downs syndrome and had a forehead larger than most people are wide. her makeup was caked on so thick i could see it flake off. needless to say, lawyer is a hot sexy fox, and this chick was just...words escape me.
basically, she looked like she was going to a special afterschool program where mentally handicapped kids go to learn how to not bite others during class. (nothing against the mentally handicapped. i've worked with kids like that before, they're such sweethearts.)
but she wasn't. her riveting conversation about how she burned her face with her hair straightener proved otherwise.
i truly don't feel at home if i'm not criticizing others. life is good. (:
and now back to reading, because i feel oddly dizzy and ill. oh and i'm sorry for all the friends only entries lately.
