Caleida is getting a lot of mail generated by a virus called "Sober.Q", which means a lot of users computers are probably infected by it.
If you are using Windows, you should run an antivirus program, to check if your machine is infected, and remove the virus if it is. I recommend "Stinger", which can be downloaded free here.
You can also use Microsofts scanning service, here. |

There is also Kaspersky, which is VERY good.
You can get a 30-day free trial, not free after that though. :\

You know what's sad? MY windows just crashed this morning!!! It sucks because we have to find out how to get everyhthing back to normal!
I am a dummy, my e-mail said it detected a virus. (Not sure what type) and I thought that ment it was deleted. But I opened it to see what the rest of the contents were. So, maybe it wasen't compleatly deleted. Oh well...you gotta move on.
