Well, I know I haven't updated this in ages, but I can't help that. I still read everyone's journals, so a kudos to me for keeping up to date with everyone's lives on Caleida. My paid time ran out, and at some point I will be ordering some more, but I have to wait for money first.
I've been babysitting an awful lot since May and making my tuition--as of this Friday, I will have $2600 dollars for tuition (I'm estimating...it's probably more like $2650 but I'm rounding here). By my New Hampshire vacation time (August 18), I'll have made tuition with enough left to pay off my Visa. I'm also going for the job at Harbour Station so I can use the money I make there to pay off my Visa from New Hampshire spending and textbook buying, so it's all good.
My class schedule is almost finalized (thank God). Looks like I'll have three night courses in a row, and three day time classes. Oh boy! I go to class Monday-Friday at 11:30am, which I don't mind in the least.
I saw Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest opening night and then went again a week later, hee hee. It was exceptionally wicked, and I really enjoyed it. The ending made me want more of the movie and I can honestly say I was shocked as hell when it ended (both times). Ha. Okay, so this is a basic mumbo jumbo update, but at least it's something right? Right.
I cleaned out a lot of shit in my room this past weekend, and I still have another bin to sort through because I'm not sure about the contents to keep in it. I also found a lot of stuff I didn't realize I hung onto, so it went into the trash. When I get into one of those "chuck everything moods," it's really easy to get rid of crap.
Alrighty, I'm going to finish watching The Curse of the Black Pearl now, and then watch some episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, season three. Oh, and play some more of Final Fantasy VIII. I really don't understand how people can hate that game so much. I know the whole junctioning thing can get annoying and confusing, and yes, Rinoa can be a pain in the ass, but I generally enjoy the story and the game (but it's no Final Fantasy VI [and yes, I mean SIX, not SEVEN. I did not forget a roman numeral there]).
Okay, I'm gone. Toodles.
