my friends beat me when i talk to them about star trek.

so i'm soooo happy i found this community!

i'm no star trek buff by far... but i've seen quite a bit and love all of it.

i've watched a lot of voyager, and a lot of TNG. not so much Enterprise or DS9. I absoulutly adore the original series. But i only have probably thirteen channels on my tv, and unfortunatly none of them show the episodes.

One of my favorite characters is Data. i remember an episode... wait maybe it was a movie.... . anyway. in it he had a chip that enabled him to have emotions. I found it pretty facinating.

Anyhow. Awesome community.

We've got our Voyager RPG up at bridge! :) No storyline yet, or even the decision that we'll use one, so any and all characters art welcome. Just read the rules and post the mini-form in brig. :)

The movies...

So, what's everyone's favorite Star Trek movie?

I ask this because I've been watching several of them lately, so I very much have them on the brain. Last week, I watched I, II, and III, and last night, I watched IV. Wrath of Khan's my favorite, but Voyage Home is one I love because it's just plain hilarious. =D

Okay, the Enterprise RPG has been created. Only Hoshi is taken. Hehe, that was by yours truly! ^_~

my fave trek is enterprise, followed closely by ds9. i'm not too fond of the next generation, the only two i like are worf and data, i hate the rest. (i'm sorry if it sounds blasphemous)

meanwhile trip tucker is by far the best character to come out of star trek. he would be my icon, but caleida only allows two, so my trip icon rests safely on livejournal.

Roleplaying Anyone?

Does anyone here like to RPG? I was thinking of doing a Star Trek RPG. I'm mostly familiar with Voyager, but I am willing to do an Enterprise one as well.

You know you watch too much Star Trek when a random person calls you on the phone (at work) and you think he sounds EXACTLY like Trip Tucker.

Hullo all, Jeanne here! Voyager was the first Trek I really got into, and, as such, will always have a special place in my heart. However, I'm a fan of all Trek, though I'm not an avid Trekker/ie who can tell the differences in scale between Warp 5 in TOS and Warp 5 in TNG and can calculate it all out. XD Favorite Trek character is hard to say, but I can easily say that I am and always shall be a JetCer. And, um. hmm...that's all for now.

Hey! I was wondering if anyone around here has purchased or looked through this book. I just got it this evening. On page 2, it starts listing continuing characters. Captain Janeway's first name is listed as Elizabeth. What's up with that???

Hello! I'm new here, but certainly not new to Star Trek. I started watching it when I was in my early teens. My Mom would be watching TOS and TNG episodes here and there. I started really getting into it when VOY aired. That is, by far, my favorite series. Tom Paris and B'Elanna Torres are my favorite characters. In fact, I even write fanfic. (The P/T Logbook)

I now enjoy watching Enterprise and am part of the Alpha Quadrant Alliance Chapter, Starbase Karma. I am the chief of communications there. If you're interested in joining, see my user info for details.

Hi everyone!
I am pretty new to Caleida, but I grew up on Start Trek: NG, and I am forever in love with USS Enterprise. DS9 is my other favourite, I am especially fond of Dr. Bashir. Actually I watch DS9 every afternoon. That is more or less the only TV show I watch.

What else? I think this will sound blaspemous but Galaxy Quest is one of my all time favourite movies. Other than that I love the ST movies.... All of those I've seen.

I mainly watch Voyager. The channel I watch it on has just put DSN in the 15:00 slot instead of Pacific Blue, before Voyager, so I've started with that one as well.

Haven't seen much of any other. Seen every TNG Q episode, a couple TOS, every movie. :x

Am looting rubberducker's Voyager comic supply until she gets back. *grins evilly*

And my favorite character of all time is Q. He just rocks. I idolize him. <33

And P/T is the best pairing. Ever.

On another note, I'm starting up a VOY RP with the aforemention Rubber Duckie Fiend. Yup. bridge, but it's not started or anything yet... :x
