After leaving the Three Broomsticks once again, on what seemed like an eternal search for Ron, Harry and Hermione decided he must be at Honeydukes. He'd been talking about the new card in the chocolate frogs for ages.

"Where else could he be?" Hermiome muttered to Harry, as she began to get frustrated. All she'd had to eat thus far was a handful of nuts. She was starting to get grumpy.

"Nowhere else, if he's still in Hogsmeade. He's gotta be in Honeydukes," Harry muttered back. He was beginning to catch up with Hermione on being hungry, and was considering buying out the shop after all.

She sighed. So far this had been a very, very odd day. Their experience at the pub had been particularly strange... Part of her hoped that catching up with Ron might normalize things a bit, but seeing as she had no idea where he'd spent his afternoon, she wan't so sure.

Harry opened the door and walked into Honeydukes, looking around. The shop was not at it's most crowded, but there were still quite a few students looking at the different kinds of sweets. "Do you see him?"

Ron looked up from the Sugar Quills he was perusing, "Harry, Hermione! Alright there? You missed a great talk about the Chudley Cannons!"

"There you are!" Hermione rushed over to Ron. "I'm so glad we found you...I'm famished...please feed me!"

Harry grabbed a whole display box of Chocolate Frogs off the shelf. "This'll have to do," he said as he took it up to the counter and paid for it.

Hermione looked sympathetically at Harry and the enormous box of chocolate frogs he was holding. At least she'd had a handful of nuts. As far as she knew, that was more than he'd eaten all day.

She turned and looked expectantly at Ron. "Are you finished here?"

"Yeah, I am actally." Ron took the Chocolate Frogs up the counter, paid for them, and then returned to Harry and Hermione. "Well...shall we? You both looks like you haven't eaten in a week..."

Hermione grumbled. "It feels like we haven't. We thought you were coming shopping with us when we left the Three Broomsticks, but you vanished on us. We decided you'd be less than thrilled if you found out we'd gone to eat...or had come here -" she motioned around at the wall to wall candy of Honeydukes "- so we held off until we found you." She grabbed Harry and Ron each by one arm and herded them out of the store, marching them purposefully toward the cafe. As they walked, the conversation continued.

"So, Ron, who did you talk Quidditch with? Not Fleur, I would think..."

Ron grinned widely at that image... "Er, no. I left her talking with- Professor Canis -though I can tell you that waitress didn't look too pleased about it. No, I was with Ernie and Justin, with some more Hufflepuffs."

They approached the cafe, and Hermione finally let go of the boys' arms. "That waitress annoys me," Hermione said in response to Ron's comment, then made a break for the door. As soon as she entered, she saw Susan waving to her from a corner table.

"Oh...there's Susan..." Hermione made her way over to sit at the table. She saw that Hannah and Sophie had left their belongings there as well. They must have been finished shopping. "Got room for three more, Susan?" she asked with a smile.
